25% 할인 선택약정 무이용 가입자 1229만명..연간 1조3835억원 허공에

과기부에 따르면 1인당 월평균 이동통신요금은 4만원에 달하고, 무약정으로 이용하고 있는 이용자의 경우 월평균 이동통신요금 부담액은 3만75 00원에 정도다. 결국 소비자가 선택약정 신청을 할 경우 25% 의 요금할인을 받으면 대략 매월 9375원 가량의 요금감면을 볼 수 있다.
