그러면서 "청년들이 열심히 일하며 행복하게 육아를 병행하게 일터 환경·문화를 바꿔나가는 게 최우선 과제로 이를 위해 일터인 기업 역할이 뭣보다 중요하다"며 "기업 인식이 바뀌어야 좋은 결과를 낼 수 있고, 기업에 관여하는 모든 사람들과 정부 당국도 기업 일터에 대한 인식을 바꿔 나가야 할 거 같다"고 말했다.
