대전시설관리공단(이하 공단)은 지난 8일 자체 시민경영추진단을 구성하고, 지역 우수인재들의 톡톡 튀는 참신한 아이디어를 모집하기 위해 한밭대학교를 방문했다고 밝혔다.
시민경영추진단은 지역대학의 학생들을 직접 찾아가서 아이디어를 모집하기 위해 결성되었으며, 기존의 온라인으로만 참여하던 시민제안 방식에서 벗어나 창구를 다양화하고자 한밭대학교를 시작으로 새롭게 운영하게 되었다는게 공단의 설명이다.
이날 시민경영추진단에서는 참여 학생들을 대상으로 공단의 현황과 업무를 소개하고 제안서 작성법, 아이디어 창출 방법 등의 교육을 통해 공단 발전에 기여할 수 있는 창의적이고 활용 가능한 아이디어를 학생들이 직접 구상하여 공모할 수 있도록 안내했다.
공단 관계자는“젊은 사고를 가진 지역 우수 인재들의 참신하고 다양한 아이디어를 발굴할 수 있는 이번 기회를 통해 공단 경영성과 창출에 시너지를 높였다.”면서,“앞으로도 지역 학교와 협업을 통해 시민 참여경영 실현에 앞장서겠다.”고 전했다.
