독일 카를스루에시 대표단, 우호협력 위해 수성구 방문

【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구 수성구는 4일 독일 카를스루에시에서 알베르트 코이플라인(Albert K?uflein) 부시장을 필두로 한 대표단 2명과 공연단 11명이 수성구를 방문했다고 밝혔다.

이번 방문은 수성구와 카를스루에시 두 도시가 문화·예술·교육 등 다양한 분야에서 더 긴밀한 협력을 이루기 위해 마련됐으며 방문단은 4일부터 오는 7일까지 3박 4일간 한국에 머문다.

카를스루에 국립극장 수석지휘자를 역임한 다니엘레 스퀘오, 메조소프라노 플로렌스 로소 등 공연단은 문화 교류의 일환으로 5일과 6일 수성아트피아에서 열리는 ‘오페라 갈라 콘서트’에 출연, 로시니의 ‘세비야의 이발사’와 푸치니의 ‘투란도트’ 등 오페라 작품 속 명곡을 선보인다

아울러, 크리스티안 피름바흐 카를스루에 국립극장장 등 4명은 지역 청년 성악가의 해외 진출을 지원하기 위해 수성아트피아가 주최하는 ‘유럽 5개 오페라 극장 진출 선발 오디션’의 심사위원으로 참여한다.

한편 수성구와 독일 카를스루에시는 다양한 분야에서 교류를 이어오고 있다. 지난 4월 카를스루에 공과대학교(KIT) 대학생 기업가 그룹 학생 13명이 스타트업 투어를 위해 수성구를 방문했으며, 현재 독일 카를스루에시 공무원 1명이 외국 지방공무원 초청연수 프로그램(K2H)을 통해 수성구에서 파견 근무하고 있다.
