윤석열 대통령이 늘 만취상태로 유고(有故)상태이며, 마약을 한다고?

기자가 되려는 이는 기자수업 첫 시간에 보도의 6하원칙(5W1H)을 배운다. 이 6하원칙은 모든 기사에 해당된다. 6하원칙이란 누가, 언제, 어디서, 무엇을, 어떻게, 왜를 일컫는, 즉 영어의 who, when, where, what, how, why의 머릿글자이다.

그런데 1인 언론에 가까운 유튜브가 성행하면서 이런 언론은 6하원칙이 무시되는 경향이 존재한다. 그리하여 그런 유튜브에 의해 명예가 심각하게 훼손되기도 한다.

최근 대통령 부부인 윤석열 대통령과 김건희 여사의 명예를 심각하게 훼손되는 내용을 담은 한 유튜브의 방송내용이 전파-확산되고 있다.

필자는 7월7일 이 유튜브 내용을 접했다. A라는 성직자(목사)가 심하게 고개를 좌우로 흔들면서 연설하는 내용이 담긴 동영상이었다.

A 성직자(목사)는 이 동영상에서 “▲윤석열 대통령이 술을 좋아해서 3시간씩 만취상태(블랙아웃)에 빠진다 ▲대통령이 저격당한 것만 유고(有故)가 아니고 만취상태도 유고(有故)이며 ▲허구헌 날 하루가 멀다 하고, 관저에서 나와, 청와대 인근 종로에서 술을 마시고, 오바이트 하고, 업혀 실려 가고 ▲이런 사실을 경호하는 경찰 간부가 언론에 제보하고 ▲윤석열 대통령과 김건희 여사가 프로포폴이라는 마약을 맞고...”라고 주장하고 있다.

필자는 기자로서 이 동영상 내용을 접하면서, 주장되는 이 내용에 6하원칙을 적용해봤다. A 성직자는 윤석열 대통령 술 마시기 주장과 관련된 부분에서 “▲윤석열 대통령이 술을 좋아해서 3시간씩 만취상태(블랙아웃)에 빠진다 ▲대통령이 저격당한 것만 유고(有故)가 아니고 만취상태도 유고(有故)이며 ▲허구헌 날 하루가 멀다 하고, 관저에서 나와, 청와대 인근 종로에서 술을 마시고, 오바이트하고, 경호경찰의 등에 업혀 실려 가고..”라고 말하고 있다.

그러나 “이 내용에 6하원칙이 있나?”라고 따질 때, 6하원칙이 제대로 적용돼 있지 않다. 소위 “누가, 언제, 어디서, 무엇을, 어떻게, 왜“에 해당되는 내용이 하나도 없다. 윤석열 대통령이 언제(날짜 시간)-어디서(어느 업소에서)-누구(술을 같이 마신사람 이름)와-업혀 차에 실려 갔다면, 어떤 경호 경찰의 등에 업혀, 어떤 차에, 어떤 경찰(이름)이 등에 업고 갔는지 등이 완전 무시돼 있다.

이어 “▲윤석열 대통령과 김건희 여사가 프로포폴이라는 마약을 맞고...”라고 주장하고 있는데, 이 부분도 6하원칙이 무시됐다. 중독성 마약인 프로포폴을 맞았다면? “이 마약을 어디에서 구입, 언제, 누가 투약해줬는지?”가 생략되어 있는 것이다.

유튜브란, 공식 언론이 아니다. 그렇다 해도 동영상이 사이버 공간에서 유통되면서, 의외의 파급효과를 일으킨다. 또 A 성직자가 얼굴을 드러내 보이며, 웅변조로 이야기하고 있는데, 그런 발언들의 내용이 사실을 입증할만한 요소는 아무 것도 없다. 개인의 추측성 발언에 불과하다고 단언(斷言)한다.

그런데 A 성직자가 동영상을 통해서 발언한 내용들이란 게, 단순한 내용이 결코 아니다. 현직 대통령의 '만취=유고(有故)'라고 칭하는 “허구헌 날 만취상태에 빠진다는 것”은 사실이 아니다. 사실을 입증해줄만한 사실은? 아무 것도 없다. 6하원칙에 해당하는 내용이 전혀 아니다. 이 내용을 6하원칙에 적용한다면, 사실이 아닌, 황당한 가짜 뉴스라 할 수 있다. 가짜 뉴스 중의 가짜 뉴스이다. 필자의 지적은 아주 원론적인 이야기에 해당할 뿐이다.

이런 내용들이 사실이 아닌데, 사실처럼 나돌아 다닌다면, 아무리 국가의 최고권력자인 대통령 부부라 할지라도 그 명예손상의 크기는 지대(至大)할 것이다. 그리고 사실이 아닌 내용이 유포됨으로써 국가의 품격 손상에도 크게 영향을 끼칠 것이다.

이런 엉터리 내용을 주장하거나, 동영상으로 제작-유포시키는 일은, 대한민국이 아무리 자유 언론 국가라 해도, 이런 가짜 정보를 요리저리 돌려보는 것은, 철저하게 자제(自制)하는 게 옳다. moonilsuk@naver.com
