대중가수와 실험 음악가의 만남이라는 주제로 기획된 공연 예정 곡 (07) 아가에게(坊やへ)는 1985년 구창모 솔로 1집에 수록된 곡으로 인기 탤런트 임예진이 작사하고 구창모 가수 본인이 작곡한 특별한 노래다.
나가이 쇼코 음악가가 편곡한 작품의 가이드 음원을 들으면서 여러 사정으로 이번 공연에서는 연주되지 않는 곡이지만, 깊숙한 감성을 헤아리며 유튜브에 소개하려 영상 음원을 만들면서 영상에 적합한 우리의 아가 사진 자료를 찾기가 쉽지 않았다.
고심 끝에 영국 세인트앤드루스 대학의 신경 심리학자 라이너 스프렝글메이어 교수 연구팀에서 연구 목적으로 컴퓨터에서 빚어낸 예쁜 아가 사진을 사용하려는 생각을 가졌다.
인간 신경 심리학 및 신경 정신 의학 분야의 권위자인 교수는 “가장 귀여운 아기 얼굴: 아기 얼굴의 귀여움에 대한 민감성에 대한 호르몬 연결”이라는 논문으로 발표된 연구에서 아가의 눈과 이마와 뺨의 비례를 연구하여 세상에서 가장 귀여운 아기 얼굴 사진을 컴퓨터로 제작하였다.

이렇게 음원 영상으로 제작된 아가에게(坊やへ) 원곡은 맑은 달빛과 같은 순수함과 천진난만한 모습의 아가에 대하여 미래의 희망으로 노래하는 신성한 느낌과 감성을 고스란히 품은 곡이다. 나가이 쇼코 음악가는 이러한 의미들을 한층 더 깊숙한 서사로 담아내고 있다.
