브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 마약류 상습 투약 혐의로 재판을 받고 있는 배우 유아인(38·본명 엄홍식)이 30대 남성을 성폭행한 혐의로 고소당했다.
26일 경찰에 따르면, 서울 용산경찰서는 유아인을 동성 성폭행(유사강간) 혐의로 입건해 조사하고 있다.
고소인 A(30)씨는 30세 지난 14일 서울 용산구의 한 오피스텔에서 자던 중 유아인에게 성폭행을 당했다고 주장하고 있다. 현행법상 동성이 성폭행한 경우 유사 강간죄가 적용된다.
해당 오피스텔은 유아인이나 A씨의 주거지는 아니었던 것으로 전해졌으며, 당시 현장에는 다른 남성들도 있었던 것으로 알려졌다.
경찰은 전날 고소인 조사를 진행했으며, 고소인에 대한 마약 간이시약 검사에서는 음성 반응이 나온 것으로 파악됐다.
경찰은 마약류 상습 투약 혐의를 받는 유아인이 마약을 투약한 채 범행을 저질렀을 가능성도 열어둔 채 조사 중이다.
동성 성폭행 고소 관련해 유아인의 법률대리인 방정현 변호사는 이날 공식입장을 내고 “유아인과 관련한 해당 고소 내용은 사실이 아님을 밝힌다. 아울러 사생활과 관련한 불필요한 추측을 자제해 주길 부탁한다”며 혐의를 부인했다.
한편, 유아인은 지난 2020년 9월부터 2022년 3월까지 서울 일대 병원에서 미용 시술 목적의 수면마취를 빙자해 프로포폴을 181회에 걸쳐 상습 투약한 혐의를 받는다.
또 유아인은 타인 명의로 수면제 약 1000정을 불법적으로 처방받아 투약한 혐의도 받고 있으며, 최모 씨 등 4명과 함께 미국에서 코카인·대마 등 마약류를 투약한 혐의도 받는다.
이에 검찰은 지난 24일 유아인에게 징역 4년에 벌금 200만원, 추징금 154만원을 선고해달라고 재판부에 요청했다. 유아인과 함께 기소된 지인인 미술작가 최모 씨에게도 징역 4년을 구형했다.
유아인에 대한 선고기일은 오는 9월 3일 진행될 예정이다.
