장종태 의원 "SPC삼립, 식품위생법 위반 상위 20개 기업 중 1위"

포켓몬빵과 산리오빵 등으로 유명한 ㈜SPC삼립이 생산실적 상위 20개 기업 가운데 식품위생법 위반 건수가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다.

더불어민주당 장종태 국회의원(대전 서구갑, 국회 보건복지위원회)이 식품의약품안전처로부터 제출받은 국정감사 분석 자료에 따르면, 최근 3년간 생산실적 상위 20개 기업의 식품위생법 위반 적발 건수가 72건에 이르는 것으로 나타났다.

위반 건수를 유형별로 살펴보면, ‘기준 및 규격 위반’이 46건으로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 ‘표시, 광고 위반(11건)’, ‘식품안전관리인증기준 위반(5건)’순이었다.

기업별로 살펴보면 SPC그룹 계열사인 ㈜에스피씨삼립의 적발 건수가 13건으로 가장 많았다.

같은 SPC그룹 계열사 중에서 생산실적 상위 20개에 들어온 ㈜파리크라상의 적발 건수 7건까지 합산하면 SPC그룹 계열사가 차지하는 비중은 전체의 3분의 1에 이르렀다.
