포브스와 CNBC는 각 나라별 최고의 은행을 선정하기 위해 글로벌 리서치 전문기관 ‘스태티스타(Statista)’와 협력해 전 세계 금융소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다.
포브스는 미국·영국·일본 등 33개국 4만9천여명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시해 ‘2024 세계 최고의 은행’ 403개 은행을 선정했으며, CNBC는 아시아·태평양 지역 14개국 2만2천여명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시해 ‘2024 아태지역 최고 은행’ 200개 은행을 선정했다.
