또 "대화의 문이 열려있다는 정부의 일관된 입장은 변함없다"며 "환자들은 의사 여러분이 지켜야 할 국민"이라고 강조했다,
이어 "의사의 존재 이유인 환자 외침을 외면하지 마시고 대화의 장으로 나와주길 다시 한번 간곡히 요청한다"고 덧붙였다.
