이용우 더불어민주당 의원이 고용노동부와 한국산업안전보건공단에서 제출 받은 자료를 분석한 결과에 따르면 2020년부터 2023년까지 4년 동안 쿠팡과 자회사 쿠팡로지스틱스서비스(쿠팡CLS)의 평균 재해율(재해자수/상시근로자수 x 100)은 5.9%에 달했다. 노동자 100명 중 6명 가까이 산업재해를 입은 것이다.
